Many thanks to you all for supporting the match . There are a number of LX members away on tour at glamorous places such as Canada and South Africa and I did have to contact ‘guests’but since then some current members of the England Over 60’s team have come forward,encouraged by their captain , and thanks to him ( Stephen Stowell).
All bring your own kit although I will have one or two spare red shirts
Coffee will be served from 10.30, but we should all have
appeared by 11.30 so I know you are turning up.
Drinks and then sit down meal
after the match, say 2.00/2.30
Menu is looking like Soup, Roast Pork etc, Apple pie with wine on the table at about £10 per head. If any have a problem with the menu, e.g. Pork let me know as soon as possible. Please also let me know numbers as soon as possible, no later than May 10.i.e. Are you on your own or with a partner? Partners very welcome.
